1.Stay away from UNHEALTHY PEOPLE:
Being unhealthy doesn't always have to do with your weight we can be unhealthy in mind and spirit ,as well. Unhealthy people tend to have a more negative outlook on the world and this can carry over into thoughts about themselves and lead to health issues.Making excuses a common excuse that these type of people make is that they have no time to workout or are too tired .The "I Don't have time " excuse is among the most popular and could be used in many situations.because they adopted the habit of laziness
2.Look into your past:
Most of us have a diet history .we know what works or not. we know if we are a carbs in morning or skip breakfast all together person. don't attempt to make changes that you know won't match your lifestyle and preferences.
3.work on one change at a time:
Change the bad habit that you do daily. is it adding sugar to your tea or coffee? whatever it is just change it up with new healthier alternative. That one change may have a great impact
4.Cut out soda,soft drinks,sugary items:
Soda drinks are not healthy in any way because they lead to weight gain particularly abdominal fat .people who drank two or more diet soda a day had their waist circumferences increases a whopping 500% more than those who didn't drink diet soda.5.Say no to STRESS
Stress is connected to weight gain because a high level of the stress hormone cortisol has been shown to up appetite, drive craving for junk food and it much easier to accumulate belly fat.
